There's A Time For Everything
You are that blessing in disguise. You are that person who will change someone's life. You just don't know it yet, because you haven't made it that far in life yet.
You will get promoted, you will have the house that you want, the car that you want, the life that you dreamed of, you just haven't made it that far in life yet.
You will find the love of your life, you will get married, you will have kids and a dog. But baby you haven't made it that far in life yet.
Things will work themselves out, things will start to make sense, things will become less stressful, you just haven't made it that far in life yet.
We are constantly looking at right now and looking at what we don't have and what we still haven't accomplished, but there is always a time for everything. Everything is not meant to be rushed. You cannot rush things to fall into place when you want them to because that is not how it works. You have to be patient and continue to build.
We are on God's plan, not our plan. When you finally reach that place in life that you have been waiting on make sure to savor the moment because you will never get it back. That was the moment you were waiting on, the moment you were so ready to reach, so remember to be happy and grateful.
What I am trying to say is that life isn't a race, take your time and enjoy the view. Sometimes we are so eager about the destination we are trying to reach and forget about the journey along the way. The journey is the best part because you get to see things, experience things and meet people.
I wish I would have known that 5 years ago when I was 18, but I spent the past 5 years trying to catch up when I wasn't even behind. I was exactly where I was supposed to be. Now I am taking my time to actually get to know people, learning how people think, building healthy relationships. Trying my hardest every day to be a better person than I was the day before, so that I can leave a positive trail of who I am behind when it is time for me to move on to my next destination in life.
"We all need to learn how to laugh more and cry less. Have more faith and worry less. The hardest part of our day is staying alive, because any day could be our last day. "
